RECOVERY

You are being asked to focus your energies on your self and
your goals. Look at
health issues of both mind and body, striving for a sense of balance
between health and dis-ease. Old
hurts and wounds, anger, feelings of hopelessness and despair may be
keeping you from being healthy. Caring
for yourself, both mentally and physically, forgetting the
imperfections and overcoming the stumbling blocks, as well as
forgiveness of self are critical.
Focus on what you can contribute and achieve, not on the things
you think will hold you back. Recovery is an on-going process.
